At Zenwiq, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

The product is damaged during delivery.

You receive the wrong product.

The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoices (if applicable) must be included.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after delivery.

Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Your Order Number.

Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after you provide your bank account or UPI details. Processing usually takes 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected locations.
Please note:

COD orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD purchases.

Refunds for COD orders are not provided in cash. They are issued only through bank transfer or UPI.
6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

If eligible, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.
7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), Zenwiq will bear the return shipping charges.

Returns requested for reasons other than our error may not be accepted or may require the customer to bear the shipping cost, if applicable.
